NOTE: All prices listed on this website are in US dollars! Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday. No orders are shipped on Weekends or Holidays- (New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.)
Our web site offers secure online ordering of most KES products. It's fast, easy and safe! Just browse the site, and if you see something you like, go ahead and click the price to add the item to your shopping cart. (You can always remove it later.) When you think you have everything selected that you want, go to your shopping cart and click the "Check Out Now" button. You'll be asked to select a payment method, and at this point, you'll be switched to a secure server (your browser may alert you to this). At this point, we ask that you complete your payment and shipping information, provide any special instructions concerning your order, and double-check your shopping cart contents. If everything appears to be in order, click the "Submit Order" button at the bottom of the page, and that's it!
Nothing is final until you submit your order, so go ahead and test-drive the system if you like. The system guides you every step of the way.
This system makes use of several security methods to ensure your credit card information is as safe as possible. One method is the use of SSL encryption. If your browser does not support this, we invite you to phone in your order, or download the latest version of Netscape Communicator or Internet Explorer--they're free!
If you prefer, the online ordering system also allows you to gather items in your shopping cart, then print out a completed order form that you can fax (with your credit card number) or mail with your payment.
Cut off time for shipping is 2pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next BUSINESS day. No shipping on weekends or Holidays.
Shipping is done promptly for all items in stock via either Federal Express ground service, or USPS Priority Mail for addresses in the US. If you need expedited delivery, please choose the Federal Express 2nd Day option or Overnight when you check out. Some bulky items may require additional shipping charges over what is displayed by the cart.
Orders over $150.00 shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be sent via Federal Express 2nd Day and additional charges will apply. In some cases, we can ship via USPS priority mail. Please contact us if you are interested in this option.
Some orders shipping to Canada may ship via USPS mail service. We have options online for items up to $150 for USPS shipping. Please note that shipping via First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7-21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.
Any items ordered incorrectly or returned, the original shipping cost, return shipping, and all other costs incurred, will be paid by the purchaser. Actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the product credit unless the return is a result of our error. This includes orders shipped with free shipping.
Orders containing oversized items shipped via Federal Express 2nd day will not display the correct shipping charges in the shopping cart. The actual charge be may significantly higher. Call us for an exact cost.

Attention International Customers:
You may be required to pay taxes, duty, VAT, or similar fees upon receiving your shipment, so please consider this before placing your order. Buyer is responsible for customs, duties and fees as they are not figured into the price of the product or the shipping costs. Due to the need to insure our shipments, all international shipments will carry a declaration of their FULL VALUE. Kirk will NOT undervalue shipments to reduce or avoid these taxes, so please don't ask.

If an order is refused or returned to us due to an inaccurate or incorrect address by the purchaser or because it was declined or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address by the purchaser, we will charge the original payment method for any costs we incur. This also pertains to any address changes or updates by the purchaser after shipping as well as any items returned for non-payment of duties and customs.
A few International orders may be subject to additional shipping costs-due to the size and weight of an item, which will be added to the amount of your order when charged to your credit card. Shipping costs are figured before checking out and are pretty accurate with only a few exceptions. All prices listed on this website are in US dollars.
Most international orders are shipped by Federal Express, which generally takes 3-8 days to arrive. Tracking numbers are available by email: email@example.com. Please be sure to include your order number.
Returns are allowed within 30 days from the date of invoice. Product must be in like new condition. Any items returned scratched, contain missing parts, or in used condition will be assessed a restocking fee or returned if we are unable to sell in like new condition. With any items ordered incorrectly or any items returned, the original shipping cost, return shipping, and all other costs incurred, will be paid by the purchaser. This includes orders shipped with free shipping. Please contact us before returning items.
